Mark’s a passionate leader with 40 years’ experience developed within the API/Petro-Chemical, Renewable, Process & Pharmaceutical Industries, including a number of international assignments in Europe, Asia and the Middle East for World class operating and consultancy companies.
Mark combines his operations and general management experience with strong hands-on implementation skills, developing client focused relationships and alliances. An exceptional manager with a first-class reputation for not only achieving but also exceeding promised delivery targets.
CTO
Jonathan describes himself as an Inventreprenuer with over 25 years’ experience in the engineering and technology sector, focusing on the circular economy; maximising the re-use of waste materials and adoption/application of energy efficient processes. Both skills have been applied in the development of ACCA.
Jonathan’s skill is in conceptualising businesses, from R&D concepts through to product development and commercialisation, undertaken within his own companies developed to date and through the mentoring others. Jonathan has won many National awards for his contribution to Green businesses, recycling and environmental awards

Peter brings a long track record in practical business leadership, finance, and operational turnaround across several industrial sectors. With experience ranging from manufacturing and marine safety equipment to engineering and service-based industries, he has built a reputation for strengthening underperforming businesses and guiding them back to stability and growth. His approach is grounded in real operational understanding, careful financial management, and a clear focus on creating long term value rather than short term wins.
His background includes leading multiple companies through periods of change, reshaping cost structures, improving efficiency, and building commercially resilient operations. This experience makes him well placed to support TST as it scales its technology, builds commercial partnerships, and enters new markets.
Peter combines financial discipline with a hands on leadership style that reflects years of working directly within industrial environments. His commercial judgement and ability to simplify complex operational challenges provide a strong foundation for TST’s growth and the wider development of the group’s technology driven environmental solutions.
